LG G Pad 8.3 vs Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 vs Toshiba Encore 8:Best performer is...............................

LG G Pad 8.3 Google Play Edition                                                                                                               The LG G Pad 8.3 Google Play Edition features pure Android with a deeper Google Now integration, and receives the latest updates. It's the fastest Android tablet out there to date. It runs pure Android straight from Google and will likely be among the first to get future OS updates. The screen size is a nice compromise between portability and luxurious viewing space. The hardware is very solidly built. And in a refreshing change of pace, the speaker placement means they don't easily get blocked by your hands. Battery life is very good. It also has a sharp display, expandable memory, and runs a tad faster than its original LG counterpart.
But, The G Pad doesn't have the same elegant build-quality as Google's Nexus tablets, and this stock model lacks a few useful apps compared to the LG-skinned original.
The bottom line: Android purists will find Google's mid-sized LG G Pad 8.3 more compelling, but it's pricier than the model that's overlaid with LG's skin.                                                                                 Specifications

The Galaxy tab 3 series weighs only 314 grams and is small enough to fit in a single hand. Samsung has opted for the same 1,280 x 800 resolution screen found in the Galaxy Note 8.0, the screen also manages the same 189ppi as the Note 8.0 matching clarity levels of the S Pen-toting device. The screen is not bad. Colours are good, it's very bright and the contrast is good enough to enjoy HD videos. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 boasts a 5 MP camera on the back as well as a 1.3 MP on the front. The 5 MP on the back is capable of recording 720p videos and the image quality is superb for a tablet. The attached picture will give a brief glimpse of the capabilities of the camera. It boasts a battery with a capacity of 4,450 mAh, an average battery capacity for a 8 inch tablet. Battery capacity is the most accurate indicator of actual battery life. The tablet comes with a 8.0-inch display with a resolution of 1200 pixels by 800 pixels. The Samsung Galaxy Tab3 is powered by 1.5GHz dual-core and it comes with 1.5GB of RAM. The tablet packs 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 64GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Samsung Galaxy Tab3 packs a 5-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 1.3-megapixel front shooter for selfies. The Samsung Galaxy Tab3 runs Android 4.2 and is powered by a 4450mAh non removable battery. It measures 123.00 x 209.00 x 7.40 (height x width x thickness) and weighs 314.00 grams. The Samsung Galaxy Tab3  is a single SIM (GSM) tablet that accepts a Micro-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth. Sensors on the tablet include Proximity sensor, Ambient light sensor, Accelerometer.  The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 will last for almost dead-on nine hours. That’s good performance for a small tablet.

But, The Tab 3 8.0 is also priced between the $30 more expensive iPad mini.A price of $300 is a lot for any small tablet, and some features like Smart Stay and Watch On’s search don’t work as well as intended.
THE BOTTOM LINE The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 is an excellent Android tablet that can multitask and serve as a universal remote, but it doesn't quite stand out. It costs a bit more than we'd like, but the Galaxy Tab 3 is Samsung’s best non-Note tablet yet.                                                                                       Price:$299                                                                                                                                                   VS                                                                                                                                                         Toshiba Encore 8                                                                                                                                          The Toshiba Encore 8 runs Windows 8.1, boasts zippy performance, and has a microSD storage expansion slot. The Encore packs an 8-inch, 1280 x 800 display. The colorful tiles and white text on the Windows 8.1 Start screen looked crisp on the slate's screen, and websites such as ESPN.com were bright and easy to read.Toshiba's tablet is also using Intel's new Atom Bay Trail processor with 2GB of LPDDR3 memory making for a tablet that's now much more capable of running the full Windows 8.1 desktop experience.Battery is said to be around seven hours but our Toshiba representative declined to give us a solid figure considering that the tablet is not quite finalised. To take care of picture-taking duties, there's a 2-megapixel front-facing Skype-certified camera and an 8-megapixel main camera with 1080p Full HD shooting abilities to play with.
But, The design is bulkier and heavier than most other small tablets. With no keyboard accessory, desktop mode is a headache to navigate.
The bottom line: The Toshiba Encore 8 offers a lot for its price, but the more appealing Dell Venue 8 Pro is a cheaper and sleeker alternative.                                                                                                     Specifications
