Razer Blade Stealth vs APPLE MACBOOK AIR vs DELL XPS 13:Hot cake is.........................

Razer Blade Stealth                                                                                                                                     The Razer Blade Stealth is slimmer and lighter than similar laptops from Dell and Apple. The Stealth definitely looks like a blacked out MacBook Air, from its metal unibody chassis to its sizable bezels around its display. Beneath that black aluminum lid lies a 12.5-inch 4K (3840 x 2160) touch panel. The colors were vibrant particularly when it came to the greens and blues. According to Razer, the display measures 100 percent of the Adobe RGB color gamut. For instance, when I looked at a high-resolution image of a snake, I could easily see every single scale as well the deep shadows cast from its massive coils. There’s a slight satin texture to the metal that makes a pleasure to touch and didn’t cause me any irritation after hours of use. This isn’t a bad thing, as the design still looks good. Even the base model includes a Core i7 processor and fun Chroma backlit keyboard .This means that you can customize the backlight coloring of the keyboard to over 16 million colors and several effects, such as breathing or waving. It's definitely eye-catching, especially on the Razer Blade Stealth's all-black body, and future expansion via an external graphics box for gaming is promising. It version features Intel HD 520 integrated graphics, Windows 10 64-bit software, 8GB of dual-channel LPDDR3-1866 MHz RAM, 802.11ac WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1. Around the sides you'll find two full-size USB 3 ports, a headphone jack, HDMI out, and the USB-C connector, which is used for charging. This USB-C port isn't any ordinary port; it uses Thunderbolt 3, which means it can be used for a number of things provided you have the right adapter. It can become another video-out port, serve as a full-size USB port, or even let you connect plug in high-speed devices like the Razer Core. The Razer Blade Stealth measures about 0.5 inches thick, weighs about 2.75 pounds, and has a 12.5 inch touchscreen display. Under the hood it’s powered by an Intel Core i7-6500U Skylake processor and 8GB of RAM. But what really makes the laptop special is that it’s designed to work with an external graphics dock that allows you to use desktop-style graphics cards with the notebook. Razer’s latest laptop combines powerful parts with an attractive design. It can also add external graphics muscle, charge and transfer data via a single cable.
but,With its high-res screen and beefy processor, the Stealth will almost certainly devour battery, an inconvenience that will sting, especially if you don't need a high-res powerhouse all the time, like when you're just browsing the web.Battery life takes a nosedive with the 4K screen. The promised add-on gaming module still has no price or release details.
THE BOTTOM LINE The Razer Blade Stealth is a rare mix of slick design, great performance and top-notch value in a laptop -- but the great-looking 4K screen on the top-end model takes a major hit on battery life. It's $999 starting price when outfitted with a QHD screen and 128GB SSD makes it a strong contender in the Ultrabook world.                                                                                                                           Price:$999
VS                                                                                             APPLE MACBOOK AIR (13-INCH, 2015)                                                                                         Excellent battery life; Strong overall performance; Blazing flash storage; Comfortable keyboard. Thanks to a new generation of processors, the MacBook Air gets improved battery life, while maintaining its now classic thin and light metal exterior. It has a dual-core 1.6GHz Intel Core i5-5250U processor, which while not exactly potent, is still able to carry you through modest tasks with relative ease. Web browsing, document editing and light photo editing certainly aren’t beyond the reach of this machine, although the latter will be a trifle slower if you’re working with large images. We recorded results of 72, 49 and 33 in our image editing, video conversion and multitasking benchmarks respectively, with an overall score of 45. If you want a bit more performance, the 2.2GHz Core i7 chip costs an extra £130.
The fifth-generation Broadwell processors are all incredibly power efficient. The MacBook Air lasted an incredible 16h 34m when scrolling through a web page and playing a 10-minute HD video every half hour. If you don’t always have ready access to a charger, this is one perk that’s hard to replicate with the MacBook Pro.
Gaming performance is fairly capable, with the integrated Intel HD Graphics 6000 producing an average frame rate of 27fps in our 1,280x720 Dirt Showdown benchmark. If you’re happy to turn down your graphics settings and resolution, light gaming is well within the MacBook Air's reach.
The model we had on test was a little short of RAM; 4GB of LPDDR3 SDRAM is the minimum we’d expect from a laptop costing this much, and you may find yourself running low if you have lots of browser tabs, documents and emails on the go all at once. You can upgrade to 8GB at purchase for £80, but the RAM is soldered onto the board so you can't add more later. Once you've made a choice you'll need to stick with it.
THE BAD Little else has changed over the past few years, while the competition is catching up on design, battery life and usability. The low-res screen feels more dated than ever.
THE BOTTOM LINEThe latest upgrade of the 13-inch Apple MacBook Air brings a more powerful Core i5 processor and an astounding 17.5 hours of battery life. It remains our top choice for ultraportable laptops. While still a great all-around useful laptop, the 13-inch MacBook Air is stuck with a lower-res display and a design that's no longer cutting-edge.                                                                                                            Specs:                                                                                                                                                         Display size/resolution: 13.3-inch 1,440x900 screen   PC CPU: Intel Core i5-5250U                               PC Memory: 4GB DDR3 SDRAM 1,600MHz                                                                                       Graphics: 1536MB Intel HD Iris Graphics 6000                                                                                          Storage: 128GB SSD  Networking: 802.11ac wireless, Bluetooth 4.0                                                        Operating system: Apple OS X Yosemite 10.10.2                                                                                      Price:$999

VS                                                                                 DELL XPS 13  (2015,non-touch)                                                                                                          The Dell XPS 13 has been our favorite notebook, because it combined a slim, light and attractive design with excellent battery life at a good price. For the newest version, Dell tweaked that winning combination by adding a 6th-generation Intel Skylake processor, Thunderbolt 3 port and a higher-capacity battery. The updated XPS 13 is faster than ever and, despite a step backward in battery life, lasts nearly 12 hours on a charge. This remains one of the best ultraportable laptops on the market. Dell's revamped XPS 13 has a nearly borderless display, a very small body for a 13-inch laptop and the latest Intel CPUs. Battery life in this lower-end configuration gets a big boost.
but,There's a lot to like: the new screen is not only brighter, but it's also non-glare, which brings significant advantages for those who need or want to venture outside a lot.Dropping the higher-resolution screen and edge-to-edge glass overlay means the look is not as slick, and losing touch makes Windows 8 harder to use.
THE BOTTOM LINE With its gorgeous Infinity display, rock-solid carbon-fiber body and improved performance, the XPS 13 is the best premium ultraportable laptop.Taking a second look at the new XPS 13, this lower-end version costs less and has better battery life, but isn't as tightly designed.                           Specs:                                                                                                                                                      Display size/resolution: 13.3-inch 1,920 x 1,080 screen   PC CPU: 2.2GHz Intel Core i5-5200U             PC memory: 4GB DDR3 SDRAM  1600MHz    Graphics: 2,000MB (shared) Intel HD Graphics 5500     Storage: 128GB SSD    Optical drive: None    Networking: 802.11ac wireless, Bluetooth 4.0              Operating system: Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
