Asus Vivo Tab RT vs Apple iPad 4 vs Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1:Better is........................

Asus Vivo Tab RT                                                                                                                                  The Asus Vivo Tab RT offers a super Windows 8 experience in a lightweight package. Asus' Vivo Tab RT features the Windows RT's elegant and refreshing user interface, has a bright and rich screen, and is equipped with a keyboard dock for maximizing productivity. The VivoTab RT has a 1.3GHz Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core processor (1.4GHz in single-core use) and has 2GB of system memory, as with all Tegra 3-based Windows RT tablets (including Microsoft's Surface). Nvidia says that the Tegra 3 supports Microsoft's Connected Standby mode under Windows RT, so you can read email, view calendar entries, and check news headlines, with minimal impact on battery life up to 15hr battery life.  The Vivo Tab RT's 10.1-inch Super IPS+ panel 1366 x 768 is a set of numbers you should get familiar with. It's probably the resolution of your laptop, and it's probably going to be the resolution of your Windows 8 device if you buy into this fall's lineup. offering superb brightness of 600 Nits and excellent clarity. Pixel density isn't anywhere near as high as an Apple iPad 3 or a top-spec Android tablet, but it’s not bad. It’s covered with Corning Fit Glass, a toughened surface similar to Gorilla Glass.
But, Sluggish SSD; Netbook-size keyboard; Touchpad doesn't yet support Windows 8 gestures; Limited app selection The Vivo Tab RT's keyboard is cramped, its operating system takes some time to get used to, and both its app store and Desktop interface are severely limited.
The bottom line: The ASUS Vivo Tab RT offers a bright display, thin and light design and long-lasting docking station with its own battery, but the Windows Store needs more apps. With its vivid screen, sturdy build, and sleek user interface, the Asus Vivo Tab RT is an excellent tablet in its own right -- but it can't beat the innovative Microsoft Surface RT.                                                                                                Specifications

VS                                                                                                                                                            Apple iPad 4                                                                                                                                               The newest iPad's faster A6X processor adds extra system speed and graphics power. It's clear, it's bright, it's crisp; essentially it properly expands the smartphone experience onto a larger tablet and takes us into a new generation of displays. Improved worldwide cellular compatibility makes the LTE model a more appealing proposition. And the iOS App Store remains best in class, with the widest selection. The iPad range remains among the best in class for battery life considering their size and weight, providing a genuine 10hrs use between charges and lasting for weeks in standby.Gaming tends to cause the biggest drain on battery life but you’ll still get 6-7 hours solid play from even the most demanding 3D titles.
But, The fourth-gen iPad is otherwise identical to its recent predecessor -- same size, weight, and Retina screen. It's heavy to hold in one hand, and most older accessories won't work without investing in a pricey Lightning adapter.
The bottom line: The latest iPad adds several tweaks and improvements to secure its position at the top of the tablet heap. It's better all around, but third-gen owners need not apply.                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Specifications

Samsung's S Pen stylus feels perfectly at home with this stunning screen, turning the tablet into a sketchpad, a notebook, a virtual scrapbook, and much more beside. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 sports a proven, sensible design, a bevy of useful features, and fast performance. The S Pen Stylus is a unique addition. The 2014 Note 10.1 has a non-removable 8,220mAh battery. That's significantly larger than the 7,000mAh battery of the last model, but it's needed because of the higher-resolution screen.
To give the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 more of a chance against its competitors, we turned off most of the Samsung extras, such as the eye-monitoring Smart Stay before setting the tablet to play a looped SD-quality video. It lasts for a fairly impressive 12 hours of video playback.
But, Only a limited number of apps make full use of the S Pen and some of the ones that do can be buggy and confusing. Some S Pen features aren't enabled by default and others don't work properly.
The bottom line: The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is the best Samsung tablet yet. If you can get over its somewhat high price, it's a sound Android tablet investment.                                                                       Specifications
